C-Rotor (Crushing blade)

Designed for reducing materials such as glass,
gypsum, ceramics, and other soft rocks. Also
suitable for further size reduction of compost,
organic waste, or other material flows.

CH-Rotor (Crushing Hammer blade)

This coarse version of the crushing blade is
equipped with perpendicular hammer plates.
Suitable for rapidly reducing semi-hard or
clumped materials.

K-Rotor (Cutting blade)

The chopping drum is more aggressive than
the standard crushing blade and operates in
both directions. It efficiently pulverizes
clumped materials into a fine, dust-like
consistency.

Q-Rotor (Qualitie soft zeefblad)

This rotor is ideal for screening applications
where minimal damage or breakage is desired.
For example, when separating invasive plants,
it is important to keep them intact.

S-Rotor (Standard screening blade)

Suitable for screening stones or hard residual
materials from top layers on construction and
demolition sites, as well as compost and
garden soil. This rotor is known as the “all-
rounder.
”

X-Rotor (Mixrotor)

Specifically designed for soil improvement by
mixing clay or other materials with binders or
soil types. Its aggressive action breaks down
hard clumps effectively.

About MGM VM 3-95

The MGM VM 3-95 is the optimal screening bucket with a capacity of approximately 800 liters, specifically designed for excavators from 12 to 19 tons. Thanks to the flat interior and the chain box located on the outside of the bucket, the material flow inside is efficiently guided, ensuring effective separation of soil, stones, and other materials. This screening bucket delivers excellent performance for demanding applications such as demolition, vegetation management, and recycling.
