1. MGM Valve technology
All MGM Power GCB jaw crusher buckets are equipped with the unique MGM Valve technology. This integrated hydraulic protection system protects the hydraulic motor against incorrectly connected hydraulic hoses and overpressure. In addition, the crusher bucket can be connected using just two hydraulic hoses, simplifying installation, reducing the risk of malfunctions and increasing operational reliability.
2. 1-to-1 chain drive
The MGM Power GCB jaw crusher buckets are equipped with a robust 1-to-1 chain drive. This drive system is developed for maximum power transmission with minimal energy loss. As a result, virtually all available hydraulic power is transferred to the crushing process, resulting in high crushing force and lower fuel consumption.
3. Direct-driven eccentric main shaft
The main shaft with eccentric and flywheels is positioned directly at right angles to the moving crusher plate. This construction ensures direct and efficient power transmission without unnecessary losses. As a result, crushing force remains high even under heavy loads, while the available hydraulic power is used optimally.
4. Grease-filled chain case
The complete chain drive operates in a grease-filled chain case. This ensures continuous lubrication of the chain, significantly reduces wear and lowers the noise level during operation. This results in a longer service life of the complete drive system and lower maintenance costs.
5. Reversible crusher plates
The crusher plates are manufactured from high-quality wear-resistant manganese steel and are fully reversible. When one side is worn, the plates can easily be turned so that the other side can also be used. This significantly extends the service life of the wear parts and keeps maintenance costs low.
6. Replaceable side wear plates
The side wear plates are intelligently integrated into the main frame.
This prevents material build-up and keeps material flow optimal. When the wear plates become worn after prolonged use, they can be replaced easily without welding on the main frame. This prevents costly repairs and extends the service life of the machine.


7. Flywheels within the frame
Because the flywheels are centrally mounted on the eccentric main shaft, there are no protruding drive housings on the outside of the crusher bucket. This keeps the machine compact, provides optimal visibility from the cab and significantly reduces the risk of damage during operation.
8. Fixed toggle plate
The MGM Power GCB jaw crusher bucket operates with a fixed toggle plate. This eliminates the need for a large spring construction to keep the plate in position. One major advantage is that the desired crushing fraction can easily be adjusted within just a few minutes. In addition, less energy is lost through moving components, leaving more power available for the actual crushing process.
9. Integrated pre-screen
All GCB jaw crusher buckets are equipped with an integrated pre-screen in the feeder plate. Fine material that has already reached the desired particle size is screened out before entering the crushing movement. This means that this material does not have to pass through the crusher. This results in:
- less wear on the crusher plates;
- higher processing capacity;
- lower energy consumption;
- a more consistent material flow.
10. Large tapered feed opening
The tapered crusher bucket also ensures efficient material intake, allowing larger pieces to be picked up more easily and enter the crusher bucket with less resistance. Thanks to the well-engineered design, the bucket can also be filled more completely and evenly, increasing the fill level and allowing more material to be processed per working cycle. This reduces the required breakout force, increases total capacity and contributes to more efficient fuel consumption.
