Hardox stars for maximum service life

The stars of the MGM Power star screening buckets are manufactured from high-quality Hardox wear-resistant steel.
This material is known for its exceptional wear resistance and high strength, allowing the rotors to continue performing for long periods even under the most demanding conditions.
Thanks to their robust construction, the stars are able to withstand intensive loads when processing soil, compost, rubble, biomass and other materials.

If wear occurs after prolonged use, the aggressive rotor blades can easily be rebuilt by welding.
This significantly extends their service life and keeps maintenance costs low.
In combination with the MGM Rotor Quick-Change system, complete rotor configurations can also be changed quickly for a different application or required screening fraction.

The Q rotor is developed for applications where the quality of the end product is the main priority.
Thanks to the gentle material movement, the structure of the material is better preserved and unnecessary crushing is prevented.

X – Mix Rotor

The X rotor combines screening, mixing and aerating in a single operation.
Ideal for homogenising soil, compost and other materials while simultaneously breaking up lumps.

B – Block Star Rotor

The B rotor is specially developed for processing organic and moist materials.

The K rotor is designed for opening, reducing and loosening tough materials such as turf, clay, peat, compost and filter cake. This optimally prepares the material for further processing or composting.

The C rotor is developed for reducing easily breakable materials during screening.
