Whether you want to screen soil, aerate compost, mix materials or reduce easily breakable products, there is always a rotor that matches your work. Thanks to the Rotor Quick-Change system developed by MGM Power, the different rotors can also be changed quickly and easily.
In addition to the standard rotor configurations, MGM Power also develops and manufactures custom rotor discs. When a specific application requires a different screening fraction, material treatment or rotor configuration, we can develop a custom solution that fully matches your work. This means you are not limited to standard configurations and always have the optimal rotor for your application.
Screening tip:
Screening soil with a screening bucket is most effective when the soil is genuinely suitable for screening.
A useful rule of thumb: if you can work through the soil with a garden fork, it can generally also be screened effectively.
Size reduction tip:
Materials that crumble or break into pieces when struck with a claw hammer can also be effectively reduced using a size reduction rotor in the screening bucket.
The S rotor is the most versatile rotor in the MGM range and is known as the true all-rounder. Developed for screening soil, sand, compost and recycling materials, while maintaining high capacity even under moist conditions.
