C-Rotor (Crushing blade)

Designed for reducing materials such as glass,
gypsum, ceramics, and other soft rocks. Also
suitable for further size reduction of compost,
organic waste, or other material flows.

CH-Rotor (Crushing Hammer blade)

This coarse version of the crushing blade is
equipped with perpendicular hammer plates.
Suitable for rapidly reducing semi-hard or
clumped materials.

K-Rotor (Cutting blade)

The chopping drum is more aggressive than
the standard crushing blade and operates in
both directions. It efficiently pulverizes
clumped materials into a fine, dust-like
consistency.

Q-Rotor (Qualitie soft zeefblad)

This rotor is ideal for screening applications
where minimal damage or breakage is desired.
For example, when separating invasive plants,
it is important to keep them intact.

S-Rotor (Standard screening blade)

Suitable for screening stones or hard residual
materials from top layers on construction and
demolition sites, as well as compost and
garden soil. This rotor is known as the “all-
rounder.
”

X-Rotor (Mixrotor)

Specifically designed for soil improvement by
mixing clay or other materials with binders or
soil types. Its aggressive action breaks down
hard clumps effectively.

This bucket is designed for midi excavators and mobile cranes ranging from 8 to 14 tons with tilt rotators. It can also be used on wheel loaders starting from 3 tons operating weight, such as the Giant G2700 to G5000 and the Bobcat from S510. The MGM VS2-135 is ideal for separating soil, stones, and other materials. It delivers excellent performance in demanding applications like green management, demolition, and recycling. With its robust design and a bucket capacity of approximately 500 liters, this screening bucket provides an efficient solution for various working conditions.
