Oenema Group chooses the MGM VM3-95 for flexible screening with their 15-ton mobile excavator

Oenema Group is active in demolition, earthmoving and recycling projects, carrying out a wide variety of operations on a daily basis.

Especially on smaller demolition sites, there is a need for a compact and efficient solution to screen excavated soil directly on site.

To meet this requirement, Oenema Group selected the MGM VM3-95 screening bucket, equipped with an SX25 mm rotor.

Extensive field testing first

Before making the final decision, Oenema Group wanted to evaluate the machine under real working conditions.

For this reason, both an MGM VS2-135 and an MGM VM3-95 were used for several days on different projects.

The tests were carried out using a 15-ton mobile excavator, specifically a CAT M315.

This allowed the company to determine which machine best matched its daily operations and required production capacity.

The right balance between capacity and flexibility

During the field test, the MGM VM3-95 proved to be the ideal solution.

With a bucket capacity of approximately 800 litres, this screening bucket offers significantly more capacity than the compact VS2-135, while still being perfectly suited for use with a 14-ton mobile excavator.

The selected SX25 mm rotor provides high production capacity and excellent screening results, allowing excavated soil to be reused or further processed directly on site.

Profitable even with only a few days of use per month

After only a few days of practical experience, the decision was quickly made.

Oenema Group concluded that the investment in the MGM VM3-95 would already pay for itself when the machine was used for only a few days per month.

By screening soil directly on the project site, transport movements are reduced, disposal costs are lowered, and a larger proportion of the material can be reused.

As a result, the machine not only saves time but also delivers significant cost savings.
