J.G. Van Oudenaarden BV chooses the MGM GS50-12 to produce gravel- and rubble-free soil

J.G. Van Oudenaarden BV has been active in earthmoving, infrastructure and recycling operations for many years. The company is strongly committed to the efficient processing and reuse of recovered raw materials.

This investment is not the first collaboration with MGM Power. Back in 2022, the company chose a star screening bucket with a capacity of approximately 800 litres. The positive experience with this machine formed the basis for a new investment.

To serve its customers even better and achieve more precise screening results, the company has expanded its fleet with an MGM GS50-12 grid screening bucket, equipped with an 8 mm screen deck.

With this new machine, J.G. Van Oudenaarden BV can efficiently remove gravel, rubble, stones and other coarse materials from excavated soil. Sand can also be easily separated from the oversize fraction, allowing high-quality raw materials to be reused and reducing disposal costs.

Confidence built on proven performance

The previous investment in the star screening bucket has more than proven itself in practice. Thanks to its reliability, high capacity and excellent screening quality, choosing a second MGM machine was a logical next step.

With the combination of the star screening bucket and the MGM GS50-12 grid screening bucket, J.G. Van Oudenaarden BV now has two machines that complement each other perfectly.

While the star screening bucket excels at processing moist and sticky materials, the GS50-12 is particularly suitable for the fast and accurate separation of coarse fractions from soil and sand.

Precise screening down to very fine fractions

An important advantage of the MGM GS series is its ability to screen exceptionally fine fractions. Depending on the application, screen decks are available from 4 mm, allowing raw materials to be separated with great precision.

For J.G. Van Oudenaarden BV, an 8 mm screen deck was selected. This provides an optimal balance between processing capacity and a clean final product.

The practical results clearly show the difference between the untreated material, the screened fine fraction and the separated oversize fraction. This produces high-quality soil free from gravel and rubble, ready for immediate reuse or further processing.

Investing in circularity

By separating valuable raw materials on site, a larger proportion of the material can be reused. This not only reduces disposal costs, but also lowers the demand for primary raw materials.

In this way, the MGM GS50-12 contributes to a more efficient workflow and a more sustainable way of working.

By expanding its machinery fleet, J.G. Van Oudenaarden BV has once again chosen the quality, reliability and high performance of MGM Power.
